Stinkin cute

Christopher has been one blessed little guy. Even before he got here, he has been blessed. The Sipes family has a little boy 7 months older than Christopher and they gave a BUNCH of hand-me-downs (which I love to recycle stuff) and there were enough pj's to last us this long. Well he's finally outgrowing most of the 0-3 and moving into 3-6 months....so now I'm buying PJ's and this is so much fun!

I picked up this cute one at Target. He looked so fat & cute, I had to take pictures. So MoMo keep an eye out for Pajama Sales! (since every time she visits, she never shows up empty handed, gotta love grandmas)

Before I was a Mom

Before I was a Mom , I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby. I didn't worry whether or not my plants were poisonous. I never thought about immunizations.

Before I was a Mom , I had never been puked on. Pooped on. Chewed on. Peed on. I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night.

Before I was a Mom , I never held down a screaming child so doctors could do tests. Or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.

Before I was a Mom , I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn't want to put him down. I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn't stop the hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom .

Before I was a Mom , I didn't know the feeling of having my heart outside my body.. I didn't know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn't know that bond between a mother and her child... I didn't know that something so small could make me feel so important and happy.

Before I was a Mom , I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom . I didn't know I was capable of feeling so much, before I was a Mom .

1. What is my current obsession?
I've already started planning Christopher's 1st birthday party! at first I said I wouldn't go over board, BUT, I can't control myself. My little pumpkins 1st birthday! my hubby said I can do anything I want for his 1st b-day, that's all I needed to hear!

2. Which item of clothing do I wear most?
It's not clothing, it's shoes. I have a pair of heals I got in New York, and they are perfect with everything.

Not sure, cuz I'm going out with sissy for dinner

We kind of met, I work with her husband, and well.....we started reading each others blogs. I can tell she loves children and has a good heart.

I don't have one. I just love being with my family.

gossip magazines. I love seeing what the stars are doing

be outside, all the fun spring stuff is coming up

summer, can't wait for all the 1st with the baby this summer. My teenager will have a summer job and he's excited.
